Sessions: Length and Number

A typical session runs 50 to 60 minutes. A single focused session can bring real clarity (for example, choosing between two offers), while a broader self-assessment usually works well over three to five sessions, and an end-to-end career change may become a longer, followed-up process. We decide a realistic range together in the intro call.

Face-to-Face vs Online

Is online as effective as face-to-face? Yes. Career consulting is entirely conversation, reflection and planning — nothing physical is lost online. Inventories are applied digitally, CVs and LinkedIn are edited via screen share, and the roadmap is built in real time. Face-to-face suits those near the Maltepe office who prefer in-person contact; online serves people across Turkey, abroad, and those with busy schedules — with no loss of quality.
