A closer look
Education coaching is not "private tutoring" — it teaches the student how to learn and helps build a sustainable study system. We work with students preparing for high-stakes exams (LGS, YKS, KPSS, ALES, YDS) and with university students in academic decline — on active-learning techniques, test anxiety, focus optimization and family balance. The intersection with psychology is crucial: behind many students labeled "lazy" lie attention difficulties, test anxiety, depression or family pressure. Led by Psk. Yasemin KAYA, this psychological layer is actively addressed.

Methodology
Our framework draws from cognitive science: active recall, spaced repetition, interleaving, dual coding and sleep-based consolidation. We replace "how many hours did you study?" with "how qualitatively did you study?" The process begins with a diagnostic session: learning style, current habits, attention profile and psychological state (anxiety, motivation) are mapped. A bespoke weekly/monthly plan follows, tracked via regular check-ins. Test anxiety is treated with CBT techniques (breathing, cognitive restructuring, gradual exposure).
Who Is It For?
- 8th graders preparing for LGS (and families): Plan, motivation, exam anxiety.
- 12th graders / repeaters preparing for YKS: TYT-AYT plan, anxiety, focus issues.
- Adults preparing for KPSS, ALES, YDS: Work-exam balance.
- University students in academic decline: "Freshman shock," motivation loss, GPA management.
- International application prep: SAT, GRE, GMAT, IELTS, TOEFL.
- Families saying "I don't know what to do with my child": Family-student communication module.

What you’ll gain
- Visible jump in study efficiency: "Twice the learning in the same hours" — direct effect of method change.
- Measurable rise in trial-exam scores: Average 15-25% increase over a 6-8 week disciplined process.
- Lower test anxiety: Significant decline on Beck Anxiety and exam-anxiety scales.
- Healthier sleep & screen balance: Sleep is performance's hidden lever.
- Lower family tension: Replace "go study" pressure with a healthy support model.
- Greater self-efficacy: Students become learners who can plan their own study.
Why us?
- Psychologist-backed education coaching: Cases with a psychological layer (test anxiety, attention) are handled at a depth other coaches miss.
- Cognitive-science based: Active recall, spaced repetition, interleaving — from 20 years of learning-science research.
- Family balance addressed: Many students' success depends on the family pressure-support balance — we work on that too.
- Measurable progress: Trial-exam analysis + study hours + subjective anxiety scores reported weekly.
- Flexible format: In-person + online + WhatsApp mini-check-ins.

Prerequisites & expectations
The student must be at least "reluctantly open" (we hold a motivation session first with students dragged in by family). For high school students, the family attends two intake sessions and one mid-review session. Recent 3-6 month trial-exam results and report cards accelerate the diagnostic phase. For students with clinical ADHD or learning disabilities, we coordinate with psychiatry and school guidance.
