Methodology

Our HR consulting runs on a 3-layer framework: (1) Diagnosis — current-process map, employee experience measurement, benchmark report; (2) Design — bespoke HR policies, tech stack, AI integration plan; (3) Implementation & Handover — pilots, training and internal ownership. We reference SHRM, CIPD and Turkish Employers' Association frameworks; on the AI side we build in EU AI Act and GDPR/KVKK compliance from day one. Typical projects last 3-12 months; smaller 4-8 week sprint packages are also available.

Prerequisites & expectations

To start: executive sponsorship, access to existing HR documents (if any) and a single internal project owner. For companies under 10 employees we usually recommend our "HR Essentials" package instead of full consulting. In family businesses, owners' attendance in at least 2 sessions is critical for success.
